Experience
Ms. Kupka brings to MFA over 16 years of experience in the high technology industry. Michelle is responsible for monitoring the entire audit engagement process for our clients including the performance of managers, supervisors, seniors, and staff members during audits, reviews, compilations, and other attestation engagements. She is responsible for preparing and reviewing financial statements and reports and is closely involved in the day-today coordination and progress of the work.
Michelle conducts due diligence and advises clients on potential acquisitions and other transactions. Michelle has extensive knowledge and experience, advising clients on stock-based compensation, complex revenue transactions, and purchase accounting. Prior to joining MFA, Michelle spent nine years with Arthur Andersen, LLP, in their high technology practice.
