MFA – Moody, Famiglietti & Andronico participated in a half-day workshop that addressed the challenges and complexities facing family-owned businesses, including relationship, legal and financial issues. The workshop was designed to help family business owners better manage their company’s dynamics. In addition to Jim Guarino, senior tax manager at MFA, the panel of family business experts included Attorney Bill Norman of Metaxas Norman and Pidgeon and Marc Slafsky of Appleby & Wyman Insurance Agency. Ellen Kaplan, founder of Possibilities@Work, moderated the panel discussion.
